Baked Almond Pancake



This Baked Almond Pancake is a tasty and healthy vegan breakfast option. This easy-to-make breakfast treat is made with almond flour and tastes great with maple syrup and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries optional, for topping

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Ground flaxseed, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl

Blend the dry ingredients together with the almond milk and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed

Put the batter into a baking dish that has been greased

Bake the pancake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's set and has a little golden color

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it

If you want, serve with fresh berries on top
