Easy Vegan Dinner Rolls



Enjoy these fluffy and buttery vegan dinner rolls made with just 7 simple ingredients. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Extra vegan butter for brushing

Instructions:

Warm almond milk until lukewarm, not hot

In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, melted vegan butter, instant yeast, sugar, and salt

Add flour gradually, stirring until a dough forms

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size

Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces

Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking pan, leaving a little space between each roll

Cover and let rise for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted vegan butter while still warm
