Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Cake
Enjoy a sweet treat with this gluten-free vegan chocolate cake. This cake tastes great and is great for any event because it is made with healthy ingredients like coconut sugar and almond flour.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegan chocolate chips for topping optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and almond flour in a large bowl
Put the melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a different bowl
Mix them together using a whisk
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed
Put the batter into an 8-inch round cake pan that has been greased
Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the cake cool all the way down in the pan before taking it out
When it's cool, you can put vegan chocolate chips on top if you want to
Cut and serve
