Keto Paleo Breakfast Cereal In A Jar
This Keto Paleo Breakfast Cereal is a delicious and crunchy alternative to traditional cereal. Packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein, it's perfect for a satisfying breakfast or snack on a low-carb diet.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
- Optional: berries or unsweetened almond milk for serving
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and cinnamon
Drizzle melted coconut oil and sugar-free maple syrup over the mixture
Stir well to coat evenly
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325F 160C for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant
Allow the cereal to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight jar or container for storage
Serve with berries or unsweetened almond milk if desired
